1,If the quantity I get is less than the quantity I order,what will you do?
We strongly request every customer open the package check the quantity before sign the delivery.If find the quantity is less than ordered,please refuse to confirm the delivery.We are not responsible for such claim if customer don't open the box check quantity before sign the delivery.
2,How to choose color?
If the color you want is not listed,please leave message below the transaction about the color you want,we ship according to the message,if no message left and no color is chosen,we ship random color.For the color you want but currently out of stock,we will contact with you to get your opinion.
3,How long it takes till I get my package?
It depends on the shipping way you choose. DHL,UPS,FEDEX takes 3-7 days. EMS takes 6-10 days. Hongkong Post takes 2-4 weeks. ChinaPost takes 2-5 weeks.
4,Why I can't track by the track number you offered for DHL?
There are 2 ways: 1,Please track by shipper's reference. http://www.dhl.com/en.html -------> Express ------> Tracking -------> Track by Shipper's Reference ,set the date in a wider range,choose destination country.
2,If you failed,please contact use for the waybill number, waybill number is another track number for the same shipment.
5. if the item arriveds in bad condition,how will you handle it ?
within 7 work days we can accept after-sales service .So after you get the item ,pls check carefully and if thess is any problem please contact us asap.
6.How will you declare you package?
We delare all samll parcels as gifts and value between 5~10 USD. For over2KG Package we will write repated item name on it and we declare 25~100USD. if you have any special declare requests pls tell us by message or trade manager or email before shipping out. We are not responsible for any tax that caused in your Contry .
